HEALING PATHS
Healing your body is healing your becoming.
What's happening in your body
Cortisol & stress
Grief, divorce, caregiving and big change all activate your stress response, and when it stays on, sleep, digestion and mood can suffer.
Hormones
Perimenopause shifts can affect sleep and mood, and grief often arrives at the same time.
The vagus nerve
Part of your body's calm-down system. Slow breathing and gentle movement can support it.
Gut & nourishment
Steady blood sugar and gentle whole foods help your body cope with stress.
Grief & Loss
"Someone I love is gone, and I don't know how to carry this."
Grief isn't a problem to solve. It's a whole-body experience, and it deserves whole-body care. Here you'll find tools for the sleepless nights, the tight chest, the fog, the anniversaries, and the moments that stop your breath.

Midlife, Perimenopause & Menopause
"My body is changing and I feel like a stranger in it."

Perimenopause can begin years before your periods stop. Sleep breaks, anxiety appears out of nowhere, your focus and patience feel unlike you. It isn't in your head. Hormone shifts and a stressed nervous system feed each other, and grief, caregiving, and life changes often land at the same time.

What we work on
-
Steady blood sugar and protein
-
Calming your stress response
-
Sleep rhythm and rest

The grief midlife quietly stirs up
I don't replace your doctor. Testing and hormone therapy are conversations for your physician; this is education and support alongside that care.
Endings & New Chapters
"My life doesn't look like it used to, and no one sent flowers."

Divorce. An empty nest. A layoff. A diagnosis. A move. Infertility or pregnancy loss. Caring for a parent until they're gone. These losses rarely come with cards or time off, which makes them harder to name. This is sometimes called disenfranchised grief: grief the world doesn't recognize. Your body still feels every bit of it.
